Delivery times may vary depending on the country. You will receive an email with the tracking number so you may keep track of it and/or follow-up with it at your convenience.

For all orders shipped within the United Kingdom and Internationally expect delivery within 4 - 7  Working Days

In-case you need the item earlier, you can give email us your specific requirements to see if we can accommodate your request before placing your order. THIS WOULD INCUR ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR EXPRESS SERVICES

We aim to deliver orders within seven working days of orders being placed. However, sometimes during busy sale periods, deliveries may take longer. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered as business days. If you have not received your delivery in ten business days please contact our Customer Services through chitchat@alchinie.com

• Multiple orders within days of each other or shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement unless contact is made via our email chitchat@alchinie.com to compile your order into one shipment

All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant courier, so they can't be guaranteed by Alchinie Designs. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it's very likely there has been a delay in transit.

FAULTS

​

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Alchine Designs does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Alchinie Designs reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs and will be offered a replacement item or a refund.

YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM

​

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

Alchinie needs to be informed within 5 days of delivery of any issue with the product and the item/items will have to be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the account or card in which the item was purchased. After this time Alchinie Designs will not accept a return.

- Free from makeup and fake tan

- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
